Mark Hammond

Mark is a Partner in the firm. A solicitor/advocate he qualified in 1981. He specialises in Commercial litigation matters such as Insolvency. He deals with regulatory crime such as Health & Safety and envrionmental matters and has a major interest in the road transport and livestock haulage industry and is a legal panellist for the Road Haulage Association.

Victoria Solomon

Victoria is a Partner of the firm. She qualified in 1992 and is a personal injury and employment law specialist. She is a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel and also of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. She also sits as a Deputy District Judge.

Henry Rivers

Henry is a consultant for the firm. He qualified in 1970 and has spent his career in Wills, Probate, trusts and other non-contentious private client work. He is also a Notary Public and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Helen Meredith

Helen joined the firm in January 2006 as an Assistant Solicitor and became a Partner in the firm in September 2008. Helen specialises in Family law. She is a member of Resolution (previously the Solicitors Family Law Association. Helen enjoys travel, keeping fit and adventure sports.

Sara Robinson

Sara is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing. She enjoys running in her spare time and also teaches spinning (indoor cycling).

Chris James

Chris joined the firm in July 2008 and deals with wills trusts and probate. He worked in banking for nearly 20 years before changing career and has 5 years experience in dealing with private client matters. He is currently studying for the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners exams. Chris originates from Gloucester and is a former pupil of Crypt School. He is a devoted fan of Gloucester Rugby and a qualified cricket umpire

Aimee Flynn

Aimee is an Assistant Solicitor who qualified in September 2008 following completion of her training contract with the firm. Aimee undertakes work in both the Family and Civil Litigation Departments. She is a Trustee of Gloucester Citizens Advice Bureau and a member of Resolution.
